Job summary

Elevate Care is seeking a hands-on Director of Maintenance to oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs, ensuring facilities are safe, efficient and welcoming for residents and staff.

You will lead the maintenance team, develop preventative programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and preventative maintenance excellence.
