  • Cost Management: Review and approve maintenance invoices, ensuring they align with estimates and that services are performed in a cost-effective manner.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to aircraft release. Prepare and submit Mechanical Reliability Reports (MRRs), Mechanical Interruption Summary (MIS) reports, and Special Flight Permits.
  • Safety & Quality: Promote and comply with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide training and support to maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Lead Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) meetings to assess aircraft reliability and implement corrective actions.
