About Unrivaled Teamwear

We've grown quickly over the past year and expect that growth to continue. We are looking for motivated candidates looking to grow their career alongside the business.

Essential Duties
Logistics & Transportation
  • Lead domestic and international transportation operations, including ocean, air, truckload, LTL, parcel, and intermodal freight, optimizing total landed cost and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs; establish routing guides, carrier scorecards, and freight audit processes.
  • Oversee import/export execution, including HTS classification, customs documentation, and broker performance; monitor tariff and trade-policy changes.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions involving ports, carriers, customs, capacity, and geopolitical events.
Distribution & Fulfillment
  • Provide operational leadership and performance oversight for company-operated distribution centers and third-party warehousing facilities.
  • Establish consistent operating standards for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping, supported by strong inventory controls and cycle-counting programs.
  • Own on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance across wholesale, team/dealer, and direct-to-consumer channels, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Planning.
  • Build distribution capacity plans that support seasonal demand, league schedules, and peak periods.
  • Lead 3PL selection, service-level agreements, and performance management; identify consolidation opportunities.
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Serve as the logistics and distribution functional leader for the SAP implementation, defining requirements for inventory visibility, warehouse transactions, and shipment tracking.
  • Support integration between SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and third-party logistics platforms.
  • Standardize logistics processes and reporting across facilities and business units, with dashboards and exception-based reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
Financial & Organizational Leadership
  • Own logistics and distribution operating budgets, cost forecasts, and cost-to-serve visibility across customers, channels, and products.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational best practices; recommend automation opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing logistics and distribution team with clear accountability and succession plans.
  • Support the monthly S&OP process with logistics capacity, inventory positioning, and freight constraints.
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner to Supply Planning, Sourcing, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing distribution operations, transportation, or multiple logistics functions.
  • Experience managing multi-site distribution operations and/or significant 3PL relationships.
  • Demonstrated success reducing logistics costs while improving customer service and operational performance.
  • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems required; SAP implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in apparel, licensed sports merchandise, teamwear, sporting goods, or high-SKU seasonal fulfillment environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field required; Lean Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification a plus.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international freight, warehousing, inventory controls, customs compliance, and landed-cost management.
