Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, Arizona is seeking a Director of Leisure Sales to develop and execute strategies to attract leisure travelers, build lasting client relationships, and maximize resort revenue. The Director of Leisure Sales contributes to the success of Sanctuary Camelback Mountain by developing and executing sales strategies to attract leisure travelers, build lasting client relationships, and maximize resort revenue. This role drives business through proactive prospecting, personal sales calls, written correspondence, telemarketing, site inspections, and local and regional sales initiatives. The Director of Leisure Sales collaborates with resort leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, strengthen market presence, and promote Sanctuary's distinctive luxury hospitality experience.
Guided by Sanctuary's North Star Vision and Spirit of Service, this role builds authentic connections and creates opportunities for intentional experiences beyond imagination, ensuring guests feel valued, understood, and cared for.
