Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on RNAi therapeutics, seeks a Director of Organizational Learning & Development. The role designs enterprise-wide training, partnering with senior leadership to embed GxP compliance and continuous learning across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The position is full-time and on-site, with potential bases in Pasadena, CA or Verona, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in training and development with leadership in biotech/pharma.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide training programs and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and growth plans.
• Lead onboarding, technical/scientific, leadership development, and soft-skills training.
• Design SOPs and training content with SMEs across Manufacturing, QC/QA, R&D, Regulatory.
• Ensure GxP training programs (GMP, GLP, GCP) compliance and LMS tracking.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and certifications; lead audits.
