Job summary

Acosta seeks a senior leader to build and govern the GBS knowledge infrastructure for its dual-hub GCC. You will own the SOP library, process map governance, RACI documentation, and the GCC knowledge transfer program, ensuring complete documentation for each wave.

You will lead a team of analysts transforming institutional knowledge into reusable assets, aligning with AI/Automation programs and enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Build and govern a centralized knowledge repository and SOP library.
• Experience with GCC or SSC environments and large-scale transformation.
• Strong documentation skills and BPMN proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the GBS knowledge repository and ensure single source of truth.
• Develop SOP master library across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and BAS.
• Define and govern GBS process mapping standards and approval workflows.
• Design and maintain the GBS RACI master across functions and geographies.
• Lead GCC knowledge transfer playbook and onboarding across waves.
• Ensure readiness reviews and AI/Automation alignment with standards.
• Influence operating model decisions with process and performance insights.
• Advise executives on risks, maturity, and automation opportunities.
• Oversee knowledge management strategy and strategic asset creation.
