VIA is looking for a highly strategic, process-driven Director of IT Infrastructure & Security to lead our corporate technology and enterprise security operations. You’ll take strategic direction from our VP, Software Engineering, while owning corporate system architecture, the IT budget, and the team’s technical leadership, while leading the transition toward a highly proactive, automated technology environment.
VIA does not operate on a traditional management hierarchy. Instead, we rely on a culture of continuous coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and clarity in decision rights. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and regular, actionable feedback to our existing IT team.
You will be a primary key holder for the organization and the central coordinator for our compliance governance.
