Job summary

Dagen Personnel LLC is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead the institutional prospect pipeline and manage day-to-day interactions with limited partners and prospective investors. You will coordinate CIO meeting lifecycles, maintain CRM data integrity, and drive communications to LPs and prospects.

The role requires extensive experience in financial services, strong outbound development, and the ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial team with broad ownership.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of client-facing experience in financial services, including direct experience raising or introducing institutional capital to endowments, foundations, family offices or private wealth platforms.
• Demonstrated outbound business development discipline: list building, high-volume outreach and structured follow-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage the institutional prospect pipeline across endowments, foundations, single and multi-family offices, RIAs and private wealth platforms: research, qualification, outreach and scheduling of introductory meetings.
