Human Kinetics is seeking a Director of Inventory Control and Mail Center in Champaign, IL. You will oversee inventory control, assembly, and mail center operations, supervising staff and coordinating with other HK units to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and 3+ years of inventory management, with strong knowledge of ERP systems, ONIX, and product setup. This position is on-site at HK’s headquarters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience or leadership role required plus 3+ years' inventory management and mail center experience.
• 5-8 years' supervisory experience or leadership role plus 5-8 years' inventory management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HK products, ONIX distribution, product setup and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of inventory control and mail center.
• Oversee mail center ensuring timely printing, copying, binding and mail services.
• Develop and write department processes and procedures.
• Hire, manage, and evaluate staff; set schedules and ensure deadlines.
