C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Director of IS Security to lead a diverse security team and drive enterprise-wide information security programs across on-premise and cloud environments.

The role requires managing security controls based on CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and related standards, including Oracle EBS security and GRC systems. You will collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and finance teams to ensure robust risk management.

Formación

• Experience leading security programs aligned to CSF/ISO 27001 or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration across IT, business, and audit functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage onshore/offshore security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop onshore and offshore security teams and performance reviews.
• Oversee security applications, processes, and compliance programs across CSF/ISO standards.
• Manage Oracle EBS security, GRC systems, and cloud security (OCI, Google Cloud).
• Partner with business units to implement security plans and risk-based controls.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and audit teams; ensure documentation and contracts are up to date.
