Abbott is seeking an experienced leader to direct the ADC Human Factors Engineering and Usability Function. You will shape product usability strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with R&D, product management, and UX to improve development programs and outcomes.

You will drive high-level program management across diverse modalities, mentor managers, and ensure regulatory alignment while advancing tools and methods for product characterization and usability validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MS in Human Factors Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of management and technical leadership in the medical device industry with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven ability to lead HF activities across the product lifecycle and interface with cross-functional teams.
