Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Education or Public Policy preferred.
• Demonstrated senior management experience leading a diverse professional unit.
• Experience with policy development, program design, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Guide design and delivery of programs advancing racial, social, and economic justice.
• Coach and mentor staff to build expertise in equity frameworks and strategic delivery.
• Ensure alignment across HCR teams and with CAPE department.
• Oversee budget, operations, and resource planning with fiscal responsibility.
