Morris Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the environmental services team and uphold a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role supervises 1199 staff, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and develops cleaning schedules, training, and quality assurance programs. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to supervise unionized staff.
• Knowledge of infection control and regulatory compliance in long-term care.
• Experience creating cleaning schedules and QA programs.

• Provide daily leadership, supervision, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
