Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Monmouth County, NJ is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead a 174‑bed center and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for patients and staff. You will develop schedules, train and supervise staff, and implement infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Director.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities.
