Qualifications

• College degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing and carpentry certification helpful.
• Vocational schooling related to engineering beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth operation and guest experience.
• Monitor compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Recruit and supervise maintenance staff, including engineers and trades.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, HVAC, boilers, electrical systems.
• Coordinate remodeling and preventive maintenance projects.
• Identify issues and initiate work orders; maintain logs.
