American Healthcare Management Group is seeking a Director of Healthcare to lead the clinical team with compassion and excellence, overseeing nursing department, scheduling, training, and performance.

You will ensure compliance with state regulations, coordinate care plans with physicians, families, and staff; monitor health and safety, oversee medication management and infection control, and mentor staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN with experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build strong, collaborative teams.
• Thorough understanding of state healthcare regulations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for providing resident-centered care.
