Harmony Public Schools in Houston seeks a Director of Strategic Marketing Services to lead the Marketing Department, shape the strategic plan, oversee budgets and vendors, and drive innovative, data-driven marketing solutions for campuses, partners, and the district.

You will guide branding, digital campaigns, analytics, and audience insights while collaborating with school leadership and external partners to boost enrollment, recruitment, community engagement, and overall organizational

Qualifications

Leads the Marketing Department and oversees budget and resources.
Develops and executes the strategic vision and annual marketing plan for Harmony Public Schools and affiliated partner organizations.
Provides strategic guidance and client-focused marketing solutions to internal departments and external partners.
Oversees Harmony's brand strategy and ensures consistent messaging across channels.

Responsibilities

Understands and supports the mission of Harmony Public Schools.
Directs planning, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing initiatives to support enrollment and recruitment.
Leads audience profiling and marketing funnel framework development.
Serves as the primary marketing consultant to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversees digital marketing initiatives including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation.
Establishes performance metrics and analyzes campaign results to improve ROI.
