The role oversees budget, program evaluation, and strategic priorities to enhance engagement, belonging, and career readiness for diverse graduate populations on campus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting graduate students and leading student success initiatives within a large university.
• Knowledge of graduate student needs across academic, personal, professional, and well‑being domains.
• Leadership to supervise staff, student employees, and graduate‑level workers.
• Experience developing programs focused on career prep, writing support, engagement, or holistic student success.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and apply data to assess programs and guide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead GLaD’s programs, services, priorities, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Supervise and support professional staff, student employees, and writing consultants.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs promoting graduate student success and belonging.
• Build collaborations with campus departments, student orgs, faculty, partners, alumni and supporters.
• Monitor budgets, space use, purchasing, and compliance with university policies.
• Analyze feedback and outcomes to identify trends and inform improvements.
