Louisiana State University seeks an Assistant Dean of Recruiting and Admissions to provide strategic leadership for graduate admissions, onboarding, and enrollment operations. The role centers on managing Slate CRM, data-driven processes, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve enrollment goals.

The position leads a team of staff and graduate assistants, overseeing application processing, communications, and onboarding workflows, while aligning with the Graduate School's strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• Experience directly with Slate CRM for admissions workflows, reporting, and data management.
• Advanced experience administering Slate CRM including workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with TeamDynamix and data integration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish a vision for student-centered recruitment, admissions, and onboarding aligned to the Graduate School's Strategic Plan.
• Lead data-driven recruitment, admissions, and onboarding programs to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with academic colleges, departments, and campus partners to refine programming for graduate students.
• Supervise staff and graduate assistants, manage inquiries and applications, and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee CRM hardware/software, data integrity, and system configuration for optimal operations.
