The position offers competitive compensation between $215,000 and $225,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications system testing.
• At least 5 years in a technical leadership role managing teams.
• Experience working with mobile network operators or equipment vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system testing across Skylo’s global network platform.
• Lead a high-performing global team managing performance through OKRs.
• Define and drive Skylo’s system test strategy to ensure consistent test coverage.
