Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Client Consulting Sr. Director to oversee advisory services for a large portfolio of high-profile corporate real estate clients and guide the global consulting business from a strategic vantage point.

You will lead the development of enterprise-level real estate strategies, coordinate with executive management, and ensure strategies align with business objectives while driving cost efficiencies and performance across the client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets across disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Build and oversee real estate strategies and consulting for enterprise accounts and high-profile clients.
Deliver complex strategies with top clients and drive global portfolio initiatives.
Align business direction with executive management and conduct strategic portfolio planning with stakeholders.
Monitor organizational performance and report on data.
Provide supervision, coaching, and development for staff; recruit and hire new employees.
Lead cross-functional teams, set schedules, assign tasks, and manage deadlines.
