Job summary

Solage Management Inc. in Calistoga is seeking a visionary executive to lead our food and beverage operations, crafting world-class dining experiences and driving profitability across all F&B departments.

You will steer a talented team, develop innovative strategies, and uphold the Auberge Collection culture while balancing short- and long-term financial objectives for an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
• Experience curating and executing creative events with attention to detail.
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
