Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director to evaluate risks and controls across the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Lending businesses. The role provides independent assurance over products, processes, and strategic initiatives, helping strengthen Morgan Stanley’s internal control environment.

Located in New York, NY with a 4x per week in-office expectation. You will identify risks, lead assurance activities, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders while developing self and peers within

Qualifications

• Understanding of business line and regulations relevant to Lending coverage area.
• Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes.
• Ability to identify and analyze multiple data sources to inform point of view.

Responsabilités

• Lead assurance activities (audits, continuous monitoring, closure verification) to assess risk and determine control effectiveness.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, impacts, and how well they are managed.
• Manage multiple deliverables aligned with team priorities and milestones.
• Provide formal and on‑the‑job training to develop self and peers.
