The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in financial aid administration, including leadership experience. The position is full-time and based in Pendleton, OR, with travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial aid administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of federal/state financial aid regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aid operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements.
• Lead and develop the financial aid team, emphasizing customer service and best practices.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Student Accounts, and Registrar to align services with enrollment goals.
• Prepare required reports (FISAP, Title IV, VA benefits) and respond to audits.
• Monitor SAP processes, financial aid awarding, and fund allocation/budget management.
