Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations Finance & Strategy to lead financial planning and strategic initiatives for our manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Operations leadership and the COO to drive cost efficiency, margin improvements, and data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role requires extensive FP&A experience in high‑volume environments, strong leadership, and expertise with financial systems (Adaptive, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years in a high‑volume transaction environment with multiple lines of business.
• Requires 5+ years of finance leadership in operations/supply‑chain, preferably in consumer product manufacturing.
• Demonstrates ownership, process discipline and accountability with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategy for manufacturing operations (AOP, forecasts, long‑term plans).
• Drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and evaluate capex decisions with rigorous analysis.
