Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC seeks a Director of Finance Operations to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and lead budgeting and forecasting in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to project-based industries.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance metrics.
• Excel and financial systems proficiency; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close and ensure timely, accurate reporting across all business units.
• Develop and implement standardized financial reporting processes to enhance consistency and decision-making.
• Build and maintain annual revenue budgets and rolling forecasts, collaborating with business leaders.
• Provide financial analysis on key performance metrics, including margin performance, labor costs, and labor efficiency.
• Improve financial workflows by identifying and implementing process efficiencies across operations.
• Ensure data integrity in collaboration with support functions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, including variance analysis and financial trends.
• Support and optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring scalability and transparency.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for real-time business insights.
• Mentor and develop operational finance team members to ensure high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
