Responsibilities

• Fund Administration & Accounting: Manage all fund accounting activities, including capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and comprehensive Limited Partner reporting. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and lead annual audit processes.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage firm-level budgets and forecasts. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation across the firm and its funds.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and submit all necessary financial and tax filings for both the management company and investment funds.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and liquidity across all entities, ensuring optimal financial positioning.
• Operational Oversight: Streamline and improve internal operational processes, including vendor management, IT infrastructure coordination, and robust data management systems.
• HR & Legal Coordination: Administer payroll and benefits programs, and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel on fund formation, investment documentation, and general corporate matters.
• Portfolio Support: Assist with portfolio company valuation processes and provide critical financial data for internal analysis and external reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across the firm.
