Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in a brand/multi-unit P&L role.
• Multi-unit retail or store finance experience including four-wall P&L & payroll modeling.
• Proven net revenue growth results via pricing, promotion, and mix.
• Strong partnership with operations and senior leaders; clear communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

What You’ll Do

P&L Ownership

• Own the Stores & Omnichannel P&L, including four-wall profitability and omnichannel services (buy online pick up in store, ship-from-store, store returns).
• Lead the channel’s annual plan, long-range plan inputs, and monthly forecast; explain performance and recommend actions.
• Partner with the Topline Forecast Manager and Store Operations on weekly sales outlook and performance drivers.

Net Revenue Growth

• Drive comparable-sales growth by analyzing traffic, conversion, and average ticket, and by assessing in-store pricing, promotion, and mix.
• Use revenue realization analytics to accelerate revenue and profit growth across store and omnichannel transactions.
• Evaluate store portfolio decisions — openings, remodels, relocations, and closures — in partnership with Real Estate and Operations Finance.

Expense Management

• Own store labor and payroll planning in partnership with Store Operations, including labor models, productivity standards, and payroll budgets.
• Set and manage budgets for store controllable expenses; identify waste and right-size cost to the sales base.

Leadership & Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Store Operations and field leadership on trade-off decisions.
• Lead and develop the Labor Management & Payroll lead.

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a brand, channel, or multi-unit P&L ownership role.
• Multi-unit retail or store finance experience, including four-wall P&L and store labor modeling.
• Demonstrated net revenue growth results through pricing, promotion, mix, and comp-sales driver analysis.
• Track record of expense management and budget ownership, with measurable savings delivered.
• Strong partnership skills with operations and field leaders; clear, confident communicator with senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred

• MBA.
• Omnichannel fulfillment economics experience (BOPIS, ship-from-store, returns).
• Experience integrating, rationalizing, or rebuilding a store portfolio.
• Home, furnishings, or specialty retail experience.
• Workforce management system or labor-scheduling tool experience.

• A trusted store and omnichannel P&L with four-wall profitability visibility used by Store Operations.
• Store labor model and payroll budget aligned to sales and productivity targets.
• Comp-sales drivers and store portfolio decisions supported by clear, quantified business cases.

Physical Requirements

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
