Job summary

MyPrize is seeking a Director of Finance (FP&A) to lead the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will build the financial infrastructure and analytical capabilities to support executive decision making during a pivotal growth phase.

You'll develop financial models, monitor performance, and provide actionable recommendations affecting Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and Corporate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience building sophisticated financial models, operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer technology operating metrics.
• Excellent communicator translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and sound business judgment.
• Proven ability to build scalable finance processes within rapidly growing organizations.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced startup with multiple priorities.
• Regular user of modern AI and LLM productivity tools to accelerate financial modeling, research, reporting, documentation, and operationalefficiency.
