Job summary

You will oversee the monthly close, treasury, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal controls within a manufacturing environment, and mentor four accounting professionals to drive meaningful financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with an Accounting concentration.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience required.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, SOX, and internal controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
