Job summary

Etherio is seeking a Director of Etherio Brand Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation while guiding strategic marketing for client initiatives. The role focuses ~75‑80% on Etherio growth and ~20‑25% on client marketing, content, campaigns, and creative projects to meet business needs.

The position emphasizes demand generation, content strategy, SEO, email, social media, PR, paid media, and analytics with hybrid remote/onsite flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

General Summary: The Director of Etherio Brand Marketing is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation for the Etherio brand while also providing strategic marketing support for select client initiatives. Approximately 75‑80% of the role will focus on Etherio’s business development and brand growth efforts, with the remaining 20‑25% supporting short‑term client marketing, content, campaign, and creative projects as business needs require.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demand Generation & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in‑office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel at least 10%.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.
