An established industry player seeks a dynamic leader for their Field Equipment teams. This role emphasizes financial oversight within the Field Equipment and Maintenance department, ensuring that all operations align with budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in equipment management, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. With a focus on driving new initiatives and maintaining vendor relationships, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency. Provide leadership for Field Equipment teams including successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the team, while ensuring that all employees on the team comply with client, government, and corporate policies and procedures. This position focuses on the financial business side of our Field Equipment and Maintenance department ensuring that the repair and maintenance of equipment is done within budget. This position will also drive equipment maintenance and management initiatives, processes, and programs.
Location & Travel Details: This position can be remote and will require heavy business travel Monday - Friday to various project sites throughout the US. Candidates can expect to travel up to 70%. All travel costs would be covered by a corporate expense card.
