Your Impact:
The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in our Enterprise market segment, and will focus on driving sales with businesses and organizations outside of the public safety sector. This is a team quota-carrying role on a “startup" within the organization where we’ll move fast, win our earliest customers, and build repeatable sales motions.
Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Axon Enterprise team, the development of your team, and our success crushing revenue goals. Leading by example you’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and foster a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.

The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 113400 in the lowest geographic market and USD 181400 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 200000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
