Job summary

Merchants Fleet is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics to set the enterprise vision, operating model, architecture, governance, and capabilities that turn data into measurable business value. You will lead and develop the data and analytics team and partner with business and technology leaders to improve data quality, accessibility, and adoption.

This role focuses on enterprise-wide data governance, scalable data platforms, and strategic collaboration to deliver trusted data

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy, operating model, data and information architecture, and multiyear roadmap.
• Establish data products and analytical capabilities with clear business ownership, stewardship, accountability, service expectations, and measurable success.
• Serve as a trusted data and analytics advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
• Lead the delivery and operation of secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Establish and lead the enterprise data governance operating model, including governance forums, stewardship responsibilities, decision rights, issue escalation, and policy oversight.
• Set practical standards and controls for data sourcing, quality, metadata, master data, privacy, security, retention, licensing, traceability, and data lineage.
