Bailey Education Group seeks a strategic Director of English Learner Services to lead nationwide EL programs, content, and coach training. You will align EL offerings with state standards, drive quality, and grow services across markets.

• Lead training and professional learning for instructional and leadership coaches on effective EL practices.

Scope & Impact

The Director of English Learner Services provides strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for Bailey Education Group’s EL services. You will help Lead, manage, and strategically grow Bailey Education Group’s English Learner (EL) Services across a national market, ensuring consistent, high‑quality services while identifying opportunities for expansion across existing and emerging markets.
