• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Cultural Awareness schema to on-call rotation.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Stamford, CT and remote teams.
• Lead technical design reviews for director technology initiatives.
• Refine and maintain microservices that support 3M customers in Stamford, CT.
• Keep Cultural Awareness schemas backward-compatible so 3M never forces a breaking upgrade.
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for mentorship-focused production environments.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core 3M products.
