Job summary

Forge is hiring for a senior CX engineering leadership role in San Francisco. You will recruit, lead and grow a high-performing CX engineering team, partnering with product and architecture to set priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.

You will guide architecture, promote best practices, and coach managers to build scalable systems that support our private‑market liquidity platform. The role requires 8–10 years in software engineering with leadership responsibilities, and a track record

Qualifications

Location:

This role requires 2-3 days a week in office in San Francisco, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, lead and develop CX engineers to realize a highly engaged team
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Business leaders to define priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8-10 years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading engineering managers, multiple teams, or large‑scale engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology solutions from concept through execution

For residents of San Francisco, CA the annual base salary range for this role is $245,000 - $270,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
