Are you seeking an executive leadership role with an industry pioneer actively investing in next-generation technology, expanding its facility footprint, and optimizing operational scale?

Do you want to lead critical engineering strategy across advanced manufacturing sites, delivering high-impact CAPEX programs, plant layout, process and continuous improvement initiatives across the business?

In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the strategic vision for our multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing mechanical, electrical, automation, and facility systems. You will champion technical excellence, operational reliability, continuous improvement, and site safety across six production facilities. With regular travel to site locations, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, install, optimize, and scale the cutting-edge agricultural systems keeping them at the forefront of the industry.

This is a high-visibility, executive-level engineering role designed for a leader who thrives on complex problem-solving, team elevation, and operational autonomy.

The Position:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through facility retrofits, capital equipment upgrades and installation projects, plant layout, process improvement, machine selection plus much more!
• Develop and implement strategic engineering direction, operating autonomously to identify areas for improvement, driving plant efficiency and performance
• Partner with senior leadership, technology, R&D amongst other teams as well customers to pilot and deploy emerging technologies
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a world-class, multi-site engineering team aligned with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical innovation

The Person:

• Proven experience across plant improvement, new machine selection, enhancing engineering processes across multiple plants
• Skilled people leader, with proven experience leading engineering department to excellence
• Background in manufacturing, food/ beverage, agriculture
• Willing to travel to sites across the US (fully paid travel and per diem)
• Good customer facing and communication skills
