Lantern Care is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Product Engineering organization. This hands-on leadership role owns feature delivery across multiple pods and partners with Product and business stakeholders to translate roadmaps into high-quality software.

Lantern Care is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Product Engineering organization. This role owns feature delivery across multiple engineering pods, partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to translate roadmap priorities into shipped, high–quality software. You will report to the VP of Engineering and play a central role in maturing how our engineering teams plan, build, and iterate. This is a hands–on leadership role for someone who has run engineering teams before and wants to build the next chapter of Lantern’s delivery model – standing up new pods, championing iterative, loop–based development practices, and raising the bar on execution across the organization.
