Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing combustion systems for gas appliances; variety of burner types preferred.
• Results driven, process oriented, well organized in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proven track record of successful product launches with hurdles overcome.
• Demonstrated leadership and a desire to develop as a leader.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; articulate and persuasive.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience with electronic controls preferred but not required.

• Independently identify, scope and present new product or technology opportunities to leadership.
• Provide technical guidance around sustaining engineering projects including quality improvements, cost reductions, validation testing, safety and compliance, application engineering.
• Provide mentorship to team members to strengthen the organization.
• Engage with leadership, sales, and customers to understand market needs and build business cases for projects.
• Work across departments to support our strategic plan.
• Represent company at industry functions and trade shows to learn provide feedback on opportunities for improvement through innovation.

Sr. Vacuum Engineer

This position will serve as the primary technical expert on ground up new product development projects while also providing occasional support for sustaining engineering projects where appropriate. Job Responsibilities:

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
