As Director of Engineering, you will guide engineering strategy, capability development, and technical execution for large‑platform machining and forming operations. You will advance manufacturing technologies, lead cross‑site collaboration, strengthen engineering processes, and support program performance to ensure delivery, quality, and productivity across California locations.
