• Technical Debt Management: Act as a technical leader to ensure we are managing technical debt effectively and delivering high‑quality solutions to our customers.
• Communication: Communicate technical ideas and solutions to non‑technical stakeholders to ensure we are delivering business outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve our engineering practices and processes to ensure we are delivering high‑quality solutions to our customers.
• Strategic Planning: Help develop and execute the strategic plan for the engineering organization to ensure we are delivering business outcomes and meeting the evolving needs of our customers.

The skills and experiences you'll bring

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a high‑growth technology company.
• Expertise in Distributed Systems: Proven track record of building and operating large‑scale, mission‑critical backend systems in the cloud.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of SRE principles, cloud cost governance, and the technical lifecycle of complex platforms.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and priorities.
