Nourish California is building a state-wide coalition to ensure equitable access to food for all Californians. This role centers community voices and works across campaigns to advance policy change that benefits children, seniors, immigrants, and low-income residents throughout California.

The ideal candidate brings humility, strong collaboration, and a commitment to learning while driving inclusive engagement. Remote work within California is permitted as part of a statewide effort.

Location

California. All Nourish California staff must live and work in the Golden State. Remote work is an allowed option. However, remote work is only available within California.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading organizational strategic, community-centered engagement efforts across our campaigns
• Supporting a team of campaign leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability
• Coaching campaign leads in co-creating policy solutions with communities throughout California
• Stewarding organizational practices that support the respectful and inclusive engagement of individuals and communities.
