Job summary

Gamma Phi Beta seeks a strategic leader to drive educational programs and REAL Leadership initiatives. The role focuses on providing visionary, energetic leadership to grow and develop sorority educational offerings.

The position requires managing Education staff, overseeing training and performance, and coordinating with multiple boards to advance educational objectives. Remote and Centennial-based options are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Master’s degree in higher education or human development preferred.
• Five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage Education staff and oversee training, development and performance management.
• Supervise all educational programs and REAL Leadership initiatives.
• Develop data-informed strategies to advance educational programs.
• Create and revise education procedures to improve delivery.
• Lead program assessments and adjust to increase learning.
• Maintain member competencies mapping to education initiatives.
• Direct BEDI efforts within the education portfolio.
• Source contracts with keynote speakers and external partners.
• Attend events and prepare periodic reports for boards.
