Champion Petfoods is seeking a Director of eCommerce, Key Accounts to lead the strategy, growth, and execution of its ecommerce business, with a primary focus on Amazon and Chewy. The role owns end‑to‑end performance across these channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and best‑in‑class execution.

The position requires deep Amazon Vendor/Seller Central experience, Chewy platform knowledge, and strong analytical leadership to develop plans and optimize marketplace results.

Here’s the Scoop – Summary

The Director of E‑commerce is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and execution of the company’s ecommerce business, with a primary focus on Amazon and Chewy.

This role owns the end‑to‑end performance of these platforms and is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and best‑in‑class execution across marketplace channels.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee ecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operational excellence.
• Monitor marketplace platform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates to proactively mitigate risks and unlock opportunities.
• Lead best‑in‑class execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies for eCommerce channels.
• Own and execute the e‑commerce marketplace strategy, with deep focus on Amazon and Chewy.
• Drive sales growth, share, and profitability across Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and Chewy.
