Weaver Brands is seeking a results‑driven and visionary Director of Ecommerce to lead the growth of our digital business across all channels. This role is responsible for driving online sales, customer engagement, and profitability by overseeing the full ecommerce experience—from site performance and merchandising to digital marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics. The Director of Ecommerce will serve as a strategic leader, combining technical expertise with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver a seamless and innovative digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and customer acquisition/retention goals.
• Own the ecommerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
• Lead merchandising strategy, including product assortment, categorization, navigation, and promotional planning.
• Partner with Marketing to drive traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and affiliate programs.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless digital journey.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights using ecommerce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Power BI).
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize site performance, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Manage third‑party ecommerce and marketing vendors; oversee vendor performance, contract terms, and scopes of work.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.
• Represent Weaver at trade shows, vendor meetings, and industry events as needed.

Ideal Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing DTC ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, and ecommerce analytics.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B ecommerce environments; familiarity with Amazon or other marketplace platforms.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Salsify, or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
• Hybrid or flexible work arrangements may be considered, but regular presence at our Mt. Hope, OH office is expected.
