Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in retail store or e-commerce required.
• Experience utilizing web-based sites to merchandise and sell products.
• Store management experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service practices are in place.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of E-business operating practices.
• Hire, train, evaluate, coach, and support the development of E-commerce teams.
• Prepare yearly budgets and review monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate and provide training to retail store teams.
