Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Donor Development to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospective supporters to advance our mission.

The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with individuals, families, foundations, and corporations, with a goal of strengthening engagement and expanding philanthropic support for long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive fundraising and donor development experience.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts and fundraising goals.
• CFRE credential is a plus.

The Director of Donor Development is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and prospective supporters in support of the organization's mission. This position develops meaningful relationships with individuals, families, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders to strengthen engagement and increase financial support.

The Director implements strategies that strengthen donor relationships, enhance the donor experience, and expand opportunities for major donor engagement and philanthropic support to advance the organization's impact and long-term sustainability.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, donor development, major gifts, philanthropy, relationship management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts and achieving fundraising goals.
• Experience working within a nonprofit organization is strongly preferred.
• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential is a plus.
