Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services for a Long Term Care account in Joshua Tree, CA. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality meals, and manage client relations on a daily basis.

You will oversee budgeting and program rollouts, with relocation assistance available. A culinary or hospitality degree and RD/CDM credentials are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian highly preferred. CDM credential or willingness to obtain it.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.

Job Summary

• Relocation Assistance Available**

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account in a Long Term Care facility in Joshua Tree, CA. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
