Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers, collaborating with the Chef on menus, managing P&L, and rolling out new culinary programs.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian preferred; CDM credential or willingness to obtain.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account in a Long Term Care facility in Joshua Tree, CA.
